Site work for a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of extending the existing cruise shore power system on Pier 91 at Terminal 91 and Pier 66 at Bell Harbor Cruise Terminal to provide maximum flexibility of the system to accommodate the greatest number of known and potential cruise ships shore power configurations. At a minimum, all home ported cruise ships must be able to connect to shore power by 2027. The anticipated contract execution date is 3rd Quarter 2025. Substantial completion is expected 2nd Quarter 2027. The WMBE goal is 6%. This project has a Project Labor Agreement. The Port of Seattle invites the submittal of Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing Progressive Design Build services for the T-91/P66 Cruise Shore Power Extensions Project at Terminal 91 and Pier 66. This project will consist of extending cruise shore power system on pier 91 at terminal 91 and pier 66 at bell harbor cruise terminal to provide maximum flexibility of the system to accommodate the greatest number of known and potential cruise ships shore power configurations. At a minimum all home ported cruise ships must be able to connect to shore power by 2027. This is a PLA agreement project. The Ports estimated progressive design build is 10M to 15M excluding sales tax. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Port of Seattle is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this solicitation.
