Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elgin, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
2025 Street Improvements Project In general and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429, the work consists of the construction of storm sewer improvements and street construction with approximately the following quantities: o 9,145 LF of 8' Wide Edge Mill o 46 EA Structure Adjustments (Manholes, Catch Basins and Valves) o 17,050 SY of Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Overlay (1.5" Thick) o 500 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter o 120 SY of Commercial Concrete Driveway Aprons Along with pavement sawing/ removal, turf restoration and other items. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
