Edina Public Works - Gender Neutral Restroom Project includes remodel of locker room and new restroom. The work shall consist of furnishing labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete design and specifications provided for project by HGA, Inc. . Project includes remodel of an existing women's locker room to include a public-facing unisex restroom at 7450 Metro Blvd, Edina, MN 55439. The project scope includes approximately 500 sq. ft. of demolition and interior construction. New interior walls will be constructed with new HVAC, electrical and lighting in the women's locker room and unisex restroom. The work will be classified as an Alteration Level 2 upgrade per the IEBC. An Alteration Level 2 includes the reconfiguration of space, the addition or elimination of any door or window, the reconfiguration or extension of any system, or the installation of any additional equipment. The work area is not permitted to exceed 50% of the building. B. Work Included: Provide labor, materials, equipment, and services to fulfill the Contractor's obligations to complete Project within intent of Contract Documents. C.
