Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
2025 Ringhofer Drive Street & Utility Reconstruction Project Miscellaneous removals 9,800 sq yd bituminous pavement (common excavation, 18" aggregate base, 4" PVC perforated underdrains, geogrid, B618 curb & gutter, 1.5" bituminous base course, 5.5" bituminous wearing course) 2,100 sq yd concrete driveway aprons & concrete sidewalks 2,600 lin ft 12" to 18" diameter storm sewer, with catch basins, manholes and casting assemblies 1,100 lin ft 8" & 65 lin ft 10" diameter sanitary sewer, with manholes and services 700 lin ft 6" & 2,200 lin ft 12" diameter watermain, with valves, hydrants, services, and water meter installation Street lighting system Turf establishment and temporary erosion control The work will be substantially completed on or before September 26, 2025 ; final completion - on or before June 26, 2026. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
