Bridge rehabilitation including replacement of wearing surface, waterproofing membrane and deck expansion joint, bridge railing repair, concrete surface coating of concrete bridge railing, concrete prestressed beam repairs, concrete patching of pier cap and approach work on Herner Road and Secord Dam Road over the Tittabawassee River and Secord Dam, Gladwin County. This is a Local Agency project. 4% Dbe Participation Required Net classification required for this project is 628 Fa or Comb/Jt. 628 Cb, N7 In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb, Fa and N7. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors.
