The Creve Coeur Fire Protection District invites and will receive sealed bids for the Replacement of existing lighting fixtures on the first floor and basement levels of House 1, 11720 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, MO 63141. Not less than prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid to all workers employed on this project, and all other legal requirements referenced in the bid documents must be complied with. The Board of Directors of the Creve Coeur Fire Protection District reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids. The Contractor shall accomplish all work to remove and replace existing fixtures on the first floor and basement levels. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any and all necessary permits. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor and materials for accomplishing all work in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). A complete number, type and location of light fixtures to be replaced can be obtained via a scheduled site visit. No retrofit installations or systems will be considered for approval. All electrical work shall be accomplished in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
