Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of May 1, 2025, project is awarded to Utilitra with the amount of $169,530.95. The general scope of work for this project will consist of, but is not limited to, the procurement and installation of security upgrades at California Gardens prepared by SLHA's architect, Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects. Security upgrades include necessary network infrastructure, site security camera system, door access control system, card readers, etc., to be provided for the use of the St. Louis Housing Authority and its designated agents. Contractors will be responsible for configuring any software installed and training SLHA on its use, coordinating with St. Louis Metro Police and SLHA IT staff. The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting quotations from qualified contractors to provide and install security upgrades, located at 2910 California Ave., St. Louis, MO 63118, in accordance with drawings and specifications. SLHA intends to award the lowest, most responsive and most responsible offeror a fixed price purchase order for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required to complete the work as described in the request for quotations The SLHA reserves the right to extend the time limit without advance notice, to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities or irregularities in any quote, to solicit for new quotes, orto proceed to do the work by other means, as may be determined to be in the best interest of the SLHA.
