Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.
Please reference the detailed scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents. The work would include providing the necessary labor, materials and equipment to construct associated sitework, construction of a new Community Center building, and various bid alternates as detailed in the plans and specifications provided with the bid documents. All questions regarding this project shall be submitted to Bond Architects in writing to Rebecca Kleba at rkleba@bondarchitectsinc.com under the subject line ''City of Crestwood New Community Center''. All RFIs must be submitted by March 18th, 2025, by 4:00pm. The City reserves the right to accept proposals, in whole or in part, and cancel the selection process at any time; waive minor irregularities; reject any and all proposals and seek new submissions when it is as necessary to serve the best interests of the City.
