**As of April 2, 2025, the project was awarded to Strawser Construction, , with an awarded amount of $826 405.34** New Thrive Classroom Buildings at Campus Park Elementary School 1845 H Street, Livingston, CA 95334 Yamato Colony Elementary School 800 Main Street, Livingston, CA 95334 Selma Herndon Elementary School 714 Prusso Street, Livingston, CA 95334 Site Work for New Modular Classroom Building(s) to be located at (3) sites: Campus Park, Yamato Colony, and Selma Herndon Elementary Schools in Livingston, CA Site work - Grading & Drainage, Pad Preparation, install water, sewer, electrical, fire alarm, concrete flatwork, signage, window coverings & landscaping. Additive Alternates: Slab-on-grade Foundation, Under Slab Plumbing, & Casework (Flooring shall be provided & installed by the owner). The work shall be performed within the following time frame: (90 days) A valid Type A and/or B - Contractors License will be required. The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
