Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Livingston, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Provide and Install a 40`X50`X14` A-Frame Shed with a Vertical Roof. Two 12`x12` Garage Doors on both 40` sides and one man door for entry. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive any irregularities in any bids or in the bidding. The DISTRICT will determine which bid will be accepted pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20117. The award of the Contract, if made by the DISTRICT, will be by action of the Governing Board and to the lowest, responsible bidder, therefore among those bidders responsive to the call for bids. No bidder shall withdraw any bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids The successful bidder must possess the appropriate class of Contractors license required to perform the work identified in the drawings and specifications, and shall maintain a Class A license for the duration of the project and all applicable warranty periods. The Contractors California State license number shall be clearly stated on the bidders proposal. Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. Each bidder shall submit with his bid, on the form furnished with the Contract Documents, a list of designated subcontractors on this Project as required by the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practice Act, California Public Contract Code Sections 4100 et. Seq. Bidders shall enter into a contract ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. The cost of all bonds shall be included in the bid and paid for by the Contractor. Contractors shall be a licensed California contractor and shall comply with the State Labor Code . The work required in the bidding documents are subject to liquidated damages as outlined in the General Conditions. Request For Information Due: June 4th, 2025 by 12:00 P.M.
