Bids are required for the entire work described herein. This contract is subject to state contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code, Section 12990. Each proposal shall be accompanied by cashier's or certified check, or by an original bidder's bond, made payable to the City of Livingston and executed as surety by some corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of said bid and no bid shall be considered unless such cashier's or certified check, or an original bidder's bond in enclosed therewith.
