The Owner is the County of Franklin and the work site is/are located in the Town of Bangor, Franklin County, New York. The projects limits extend from: 350 feet south to 375 feet north of the existing bridge. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans Replacement of CR 16 (Bacon Road) Bridge over Little Salmon River PIN 7753.90 and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Remove and replace the existing bridge and reconstruct approximately 725 linear feet of approach roadway to tie the bridge into the adjacent highway. This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2025 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation's website must be followed by the successful Bidder. The DBE goal for this project is 4%. There are no M/WBE goals for this project.
