Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Weston, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 03/03/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project consists of the removal of concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk as well as the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, sidewalk, curb ramps, curb and gutter, driveways, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, pavement marking, restoration, traffic signals, construction staking, and traffic control. The project is funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) - MSIS. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders prequalified by the Owner.
