The Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Material, and Equipment Required to Complete the Services Described in Exhibit 'A' - Scope of Services, Including Any TTC, Temporary Traffic Contract, Mobilization and Demobilization Costs. Experience in Single and Multi Post Sign Repair, Form # 850-070-08 is Required and Must Be Submitted With Your Bid. FHWA 1273 and Davis Bacon Wage Rates Are Applicable for This Contract The Contractor Shall Provide a Letter to the Department at the Time of Bid From a Surety Authorized to Do Business in the State of Florida Verifying the Contractor is Bondable in the State of Florida. For the Purposes of This Contract the Dollar Amount is Established at $500,000.00 Submit Your Questions Through Bid Question and Answer Website and Their Respective Answers Will Be Also Posted at This Site. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions posted to this site will be responded to by the Department. For questions posted after this time, an answer cannot be assured. For all questions posted before the deadline, FDOT will provide and post responses on online. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
