Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Belmont, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Detailed Scope of Services 1. Provide all labor, materials, permits, etc. needed to install new lighting systems at Davis Park Baseball Field, Davis Park Tennis Court (Retrofit), Rodden Park Baseball Field, Lower Reid Park Baseball Field. 2. All services provided will be required to meet all current NC High School Athletic Association rules and guidelines, as well as all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. 3. As part of this project, the selected contractor will be required to remove and dispose of all current lighting equipment at Davis Park Baseball Field, Davis Park Tennis Court (Retrofit), Rodden Park Baseball Field, Lower Reid Park Baseball Field. 4. Selected contractor will be required to coordinate with the power company to complete the project and ensure adequate and proper power supply is provided by the power company. 5. Selected contractor will be responsible for securing all needed permits, and cost of these permits will be included in the proposal. The Project consists of construction of Ball Field Sports Lighting and all associated work Questions concerning Proposal due : February 7, 2025
