Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Belmont, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

SCOPE OF WORK Provide and install electrical, plumbing and ventilation to the designated equipment in the Fiber Innovation Center. This will allow operation of the extrusion equipment. 1. Install three (3) exhaust fans with associated ductwork and fume hoods. Fans will be roof mounted. 2. Install piping for seven (7) compressed air drops and water lines. 3. Provide and install twenty-seven (27) electrical circuits to power equipment. 4. Provide and install a new distribution panel to feed equipment. Relocate lights to accommodate fume hoods. 5. Daily cleanup of all work areas, paths of entry and material delivery and removal. 6. Any damage to buildings, walkways, and foliage will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace at their expense. 7. Any deficiencies found in the installation of materials used in the installation that would prevent receiving a green tag from inspectors will be the contractor's responsibility and expense to correct. Air tests will be performed to meet the OSHA standards. 8. The owner is to receive training on all new equipment for facilities maintenance, training to include a schedule walk-through for maintenance personnel. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
