Remodeling and renovation of a multi-residential development in Belmont, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 50-unit multi-residential development; and for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Sealed proposals will be received by the BELMONT HOUSING AUTHORITY for CAPITAL FUND PROJECT NC 88-50124 & NC 88-50125 until 3:00 PM, THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the Modernization of Project NC 88-1. Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of existing project and includes, but is not limited to, the following items: o Remove and replace existing asphalt shingles, underlayment and all related items as shown on drawings. o Provide all other work as shown on the plans, in the Project Manual and as required by codes and the authority having jurisdiction. A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Meeting will be on-site at the Main Housing Authority Office, 51 Flowers Court, Belmont, NC 28012.
