Remodeling and renovation of a multi-residential development in Belmont, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 50-unit multi-residential development; and for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed proposals will be received by the BELMONT HOUSING AUTHORITY for CAPITAL FUND PROJECT NC 88-50124 & NC 88-50125 until 3:00 PM, THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2025, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the Modernization of Project NC 88-1. Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of existing project and includes, but is not limited to, the following items: o Remove and replace existing asphalt shingles, underlayment and all related items as shown on drawings. o Provide all other work as shown on the plans, in the Project Manual and as required by codes and the authority having jurisdiction. A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Meeting will be on-site at the Main Housing Authority Office, 51 Flowers Court, Belmont, NC 28012. A site visit will follow. Questions that arise from the Site Visits are to be directed to the Architect at bids@stognerarchitecture.com. Question Deadline 07/03/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written. Oral requests must be confirmed in writing. The only oral clarifications that will be provided will be those clearly related to solicitation procedures
