Elevate Construction was awarded this project per the Owner. No additional details are available at this time. The SVWRF is requesting quotation from proposals from interested parties for the remodel of the Break Room in the Administration Building. Proposals should comply with the Scope of Work as described in this RFP. Proposals must include a price and a schedule. Any exceptions to the Scope of Work must be clearly identified and brought to the attention of SVWRF. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. SVWRF reserves the right to reject any Proposals with exceptions to the Scope of Work. Interested parties may contact Taigon Worthen, P.E. at (801) 495-5469, Monday thru Thursday from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Only current licensed General Contractors in the State of Utah which have insurance and are bondable, may submit a proposal.
