Questions Due Date: Feb 20th 2025, 5:00 PM MST All questions relative to the project shall be submitted online via Trever Aston at trever@highlandcity.org The location of the project are various locations throughout Highland City, Utah. C. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: The installation of approximately 22,331 linear feet of 8" and 10" cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). After liner has cured, Contractor will reconnect all lateral connections. Other work includes any by-pass pumping required for the pipe lining, traffic control and other items incidental to this type of construction. Bid security in the amount of 5 % (percent) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. A. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held CONTRACT TIME A. The Work shall be substantially completed as indicated below Phase 1 Work - May 30, 2025 Phase 2 Work -Begin after July 1, 2025 with completion of 60 days after mobilization. Phase 3 Work - Begin after July 1, 2026 with completion of 60 days after mobilization. Phase 4 Work -Begin after July 1, 2027 with completion of 60 days after mobilization. B. The Work for each phase shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions 30 days after the abovementioned date of Substantial Completion. C. It is the intent of the City to award Phase 1 and 2 immediately and then award Phase 3 and 4 separately so that the projects may be completed together if so inclined. A. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the OWNER. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. . Bids shall remain valid for 30 days after the day of Bid opening. Bidders who withdraw their bid after Bid opening, but before expiration of said period, shall forfeit their bid security if Notice of Intent to Award to the successful Bidder is made by OWNER.
