Site work for a water / sewer project in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work of the Project includes construction of the Bank Intercounty Drain. The project is divided into five (5) divisions. The summary of work for each division is broadly described below 1. Division A: of the Bank Intercounty Drain Project is a Project consisting of the abatement and demolition of three residential houses and an old school/bank facility. The demolition includes the removal of hazardous materials and remediation of underground fuel tanks and contaminated soils. The purpose of this project is to clear the land in order to construct the Bank Intercounty Drain. 2. Division B: of the Bank Intercounty Drain Project is the construction of a large regional stormwater detention facility at 4300 W Saginaw Highway, and two smaller regional stormwater detention facilities between Dibble Rd and Waverly Rd to the south. The purpose of this project is to provide regional stormwater detention for the Drainage District and to provide improved drainage service and flood relief for the Drainage District. 3. Division C: of the Bank Intercounty Drain project is a project consisting of the removal and replacement of two parallel storm drains with a larger single storm drain from the Grand River along Waverly Rd to the regional stormwater detention facility at 4300 W Saginaw Highway. The purpose of this project is to provide improved drainage service and flood relief for the Drainage District. 4. Division D: of the Bank Intercounty Drain project is a project consisting of the removal of existing storm sewer and replacement with a 6' x 8' box sewer from the regional stormwater detention facility at 4300 W Saginaw Highway to the east and south to the intersection of Dibble Road and Michigan Avenue. The purpose of this project is to provide improved drainage service and flood relief for the Drainage District. 5. Division E: of the Bank Intercounty Drain project is a project consisting of the removal and replacement of existing storm sewers tributaries and the installation of several new storm sewer tributaries of the Bank Intercounty Drain. The purpose of this project is to provide improved drainage service and flood relief for the Drainage District. Question Deadline 02/27/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer via Online. Division E of the Bank Intercounty Drain project is a project consisting of the removal and replacement of existing storm sewers tributaries and the installation of several new storm sewer tributaries of the Bank Intercounty Drain. The purpose of this project is to provide improved drainage service and flood relief for the Drainage District.
