Division B of the Bank Intercounty Drain Project is the construction of a large regional stormwater detention facility at 4300 W Saginaw Highway, and two smaller regional stormwater detention facilities between Dibble Rd and Waverly Rd to the south. The purpose of this project is to provide regional stormwater detention for the Drainage District and to provide improved drainage service and flood relief for the Drainage District.
