Division C of the Bank Intercounty Drain project is a project consisting of the removal and replacement of two parallel storm drains with a larger single storm drain from the Grand River along Waverly Rd to the regional stormwater detention facility at 4300 W Saginaw Highway. The purpose of this project is to provide improved drainage service and flood relief for the Drainage District.
