The funds associated with this contract are allocated to sites on a case-by-case basis as identified by the State Project Manager (SPM) and the State Contract Manager (SCM). The Scope of Work for this project may include one or more of the following: o Site visit(s) and teleconference/meeting with SPM and review of pertinent data o Further evaluate the VIAP with the installation of sub-slab soil gas pins/points and or indoor air analysis o Interim and immediate indoor air mitigation using portable air purifiers o VIAP Mitigation Pilot Testing and Design o Bidding out the installation of the mitigation system to pre-approved sub-contractors o VIAP Mitigation Installation Oversight o VIAP Mitigation Testing and Verification o Operating, Maintaining and Monitoring the system for 1 year o Completing an Operations and Maintenance Manual for the property owner after 1 year of OM&M. The professional firm is required to refer to State and Federal statutes, procedures, guidelines and the administration rules when providing the services or contracting with subcontractors to provide the services. Also, the Professional must use the attached appropriate forms to complete the questionnaire and to indicate the billing rates. The State reserves the right not to award the contract(s) or award the contract(s) to one or more firms per District Office. Please NOTE: o Proposal responses MUST be uploaded to SIGMA VSS.
