Overview Question Deadline 02/27/2025 at 1:00 PM ET The City of Rochester Department of Environmental Services Street Design Division is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP). Firms must be listed on the current NYSDOT Region 4 Local Design Service Agreement (LDSA) to be eligible to submit on this proposal. The City seeks to enter into a Professional Services Agreement for the design and preparation of engineering reports and construction contract documents. This is a federally funded street-scape / street improvement project that includes the design and preparation of engineering reports and construction contract documents for improvements to an arterial street in the City's southwest quadrant.
