OVERVIEW The Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA) owns and operates water and wastewater distribution supply systems that serve customers throughout the City of Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, and facilities in the Border Area. CRRUA intends to enter into an agreement with up to four successful Proposers for the performance of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) system maintenance and repair services to ensure that communications between CRRUA's water system components is uninterrupted and that emergency repairs are made in a timely manner. SCOPE OF WORK Work included in this RFP includes, but is not limited to: 1) SCADA system troubleshooting and repair; 2) Radio/RTU component troubleshooting and repair; 3) Field instrument troubleshooting, repair and recalibration; 4) Control Panel component diagnosis, repair and component replacement; 5) Control and data conductor replacement and re-termination; 6) Computer and data network hardware troubleshooting and repair; 7) Software repair and upgrades; and 8) PLC programming, update or corrections. Work will be accomplished by issuing a Task Order under the Price Agreement. The selected Contractor(s) shall furnish documentation estimating the labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work for review and approval by DAC and CRRUA. The term of this contract shall be one (1) year with an option to renew by mutual consent for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. DAC and CRRUA may add to or delete from the Scope of Work set forth in this RFP. No purchases are obligated by this RFP. Proposers must be licensed as contractors in the State of New Mexico as required by State statute and must include license number in the prescribed place on the proposal form. Each unit price schedule must be submitted on the prescribed form. Offerors shall promptly notify the County Procurement Officer of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error which they may discover upon examination of the RFP. Any response made by the Procurement Officer will be provided in writing to all Offerors by addendum. No verbal responses are authorized. No Addendum will be issued later than three (3) days prior to the date for receipt of Proposals, except an Addendum withdrawing the Request for Proposal or one which includes postponement of the date for receipt of Proposals.
