No work will be allowed outside the Town's construction season which ends on October 31, 2025, and official Town holidays. Contractors are required to provide a work schedule. Engineers' opinion of probable construction timeline is 60 days. The new engineer's opinion of probable construction costs is - $309,156.84 The awarded bidder must provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work specified herein.
