Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brigantine, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of the project consists of the complete reconstruction and paving of 45 th Cove. The road surface will be pulverized and the rolled curb on the street will be removed. All properties will have new driveway aprons installed. Concrete vertical curb will be installed along with ADA ramps at the corners. The road surface will be pulverized and the road will be regraded with a crown in the center to pitch stormwater to the curb line. Along the curb there will be concrete gutter installed that will direct all stormwater towards 45 th Street. Bids must be made on the Standard Proposal Forms contained in the Specifications and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "RECONSTRUCTION OF 45TH COVE", CITY OF BRIGANTINE, ATLANTIC COUNTY, NEW JERSEY bearing the name and address of the Bidder on the outside. Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Plans and Specifications by the Engineer. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than ten percent [10%] of the amount bid for the project, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. The City of Brigantine reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any informalities in the bids received.
