Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bentonville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

Contractor shall provide a fixed price bid to include but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, tools, and supervision to perform asphalt paving, improvements, general maintenance, and repairs within Shenandoah River State Park. The Contractor shall obtain, possess, maintain, and comply with all applicable local, state, federal requirements such as licensing, permits, codes, laws, regulations, OSHA standards, specifications, and guidelines for providing asphalt services as identified. Measurements are estimates only and contractors shall be responsible for true and accurate measuring prior to bidding and ordering materials. Reference pictures are attached. Other areas of concern and interest may be addressed at the time of the site visit to be included in the total addressed by addendum to this project. If any prospective Bidder has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective Bidder must submit inquiries, in writing via email, to mary.cook-jones@dcr.virginia.gov (Contracting Officer) no later than February 16, 2025, 1:00 PM EST. Completion of work must be scheduled within 7 days of purchase order award through online and completed within 45 days or May 29, 2025, invoiced immediately upon completion.
