Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neenah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Utility and Street Construction Alexander Drive, Bruce Street, Forest Manor Drive, Lexington Court, Southfield Court 2,800 Lin. Ft 8-Inch Water Main 10,700 Sq. Yd. Geogrid 3,500 Lin. Ft. Concrete Curb & Gutter 3,500 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt 6,000 Cu. Yd. Unclassified Excavation 8,500 Tons Crushed Aggregate 20,000 Sq. Ft. Concrete Sidewalk No bid shall be received or considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to five (5) percent of the bid or bid bond in equal amount payable to the City as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute and file the proper contract and bond within ten days from the date the lowest responsible bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. Unless previously qualified, Contractor's bidding on these contracts shall be prequalified before receiving plans and specifications. The minimum wage scale to be paid on said project by the Contractor is either included in the specifications or on file in the office of the City Clerk in accordance with Section 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes.
