OWNER Fox Crossing Utilities acting through its Commission, hereby gives notice that Bids will be received for the following described project. PROJECT The work shall include a sanitary and water extension along Clayton Avenue, as well as a sanitary extension along Larsen Road and Rocket Way in the Village of Fox Crossing. Work along Clayton Avenue shall include 2,800 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main including sanitary sewer laterals, 2,750 lineal feet of water main including water services, and a 50 foot culvert crossing. Work on Clayton Avenue shall include all associated pavement and grass restoration. Work along Larsen Road and Rocket Way shall include 1,050 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main. Work along Larsen Road and Rocket Way shall include temporary trench restoration. Bids will be received on the following Contract: 2025 WATER MAIN & SANITARY SEWER EXTENSIONS Clayton Avenue & Larsen Road Neither the Owner nor McMahon Associates, Inc. shall be held responsible for the scale of downloaded Drawings. BID REJECTION - The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of Fox Crossing Utilities. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS - No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
