OUL Brasee Hall Nursing Renovations Phase II EDGE Participation Goal: 5.0% of contract Domestic steel use is required per ORC 153.011. Contract Estimated Cost General Contract $250,000.00 Alternate 1 - Add work in existing classroom (412S). This includes general trades, hazardous material abatement, electrical, and HVAC work. $42,800.00 Alternate 2 - Add new stack washer and dryer in Storage (423S). Patch and replace roofing materials as required for new dryer vent. This work includes general trades, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. $15,000.00 Alternate 3 - Add new finishes in hallway (413S) and storage (413AS). This work includes hazardous materials abatement and general trades work. $8,200.00 Alternate 4 - Add two (2) 1-hour rated borrowed lites in the corridor wall of Classroom 412S.
