Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
This project will replace an existing traffic signal with a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Lea Hill Rd/104th Ave SE. The project will also construct sidewalks on Lea Hill Rd from the intersection to the existing sidewalks west of the intersection at the Green River Bridge and on 104th Ave SE from the intersection to sidewalk on the south side constructed with the Garden Ave project and on the north side to the entrance to the Emerald Point Apartments. The project is included in the State/Provincial 2026-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 6,2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
