As of March 28, 2025, the owner has indicated that the bid tabulation and award information will not be released to ConstructConnect. the construction of a 50-unit supportive housing complex located at 38415 Auburn Enumclaw Rd SE. T he intent is to enter into an agreement with a single general contractor for the work. any questions must be received by December 17, 2024. The work to be performed is subject to section 7(b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 450e(b), which requires that to the greatest extent feasible (1) preference and opportunities for training and employment shall be given to Indians; and (2) preference in the organizations and Indian-owned economic enterprises. All labor furnished for the work provided in the contract shall be at or above the current prevailing wage rates determined by the Secretary of Labor under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts of 1931. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes all work to construct the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe (MIT) Housing Authority 50-unit supportive housing. The building is approximately 50,000SF on a 4.46 acre site. Scope should include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for completing site work, utilities, building, mechanical, and electrical components as indicated in the plans.
