Site work and paving for a road / highway in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The proposed bid range for the project is from $250,000 to $300,000. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 45 working days. This project is funded with City of Auburn monies. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond within the time stated in the Bid Documents, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Auburn. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the City of Auburn. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Description of Work The work provides for the construction of Project CP2305, 2024 Neighborhood Traffic Calming. The major items of work include installation of traffic circles, traffic calming devices, and signage to improve safety for all road users.
