The Proposed Bid Range for the Project is From $1,450,000 to $1,750,000. The Entire Project, Including Cleanup, Shall Be Physically Completed Within 140 Working Days. This Project is Funded With Arpa, Reet, and City of Auburn Monies. All Bid Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit in Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Proposal Bond (Surety Bond) in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of Such Bid Proposal. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Such Contract and Furnish Satisfactory Contract Bond Within the Time Stated in the Bid Documents, the Bid Deposit Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Auburn.
