Site work and paving for a civil project in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The major items of work include creating a new east/west roadway between Garden Ave (102nd Ave SE) and 104th Ave SE, replacing the existing Garden Ave connection to 8th St NE with a permanent cul-de-sac, adding an illumination system including power service cabinet, installing two bioswales, replace and add new watermain, and installing approx. 220 ft of sewer line. The proposed bid range for the project is from $1,750,000 to $2,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 100 working days. The project is funded with Local funds. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the City of Auburn.
