The Santa Fe Irrigation District (SFID) is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering firms to provide Engineering Design Services for the La Granada Pipeline Replacement and PRS Elimination Project J-2501 (The Project). SFID is a public agency existing and operating pursuant to the Irrigation District Law, California Water Code Section 20500 et seq. This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes The Project, the required scope of services, the consultant selection process, and the minimum information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the RFP requirements and procedures may cause for disqualification. SFID reserves the right to waive minor proposal deviations or omissions at its sole discretion. The Engineering firm should perform the general tasks as described in the Scope of Work. SFID intends to select the most qualified Engineering firm for the project. Requests for interpretation, clarification and/or explanation regarding any aspect of this RFP must be received in writing, via email, by SFID no later than 12:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday, March 3, 2025. Project Schedule The Project shall be completed within 6 months after notice to proceed. The solicitation, receipt and evaluation of proposals and the selection of the provider of Professional Services and the completion of the plan.
