As of December 3, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established, but is expected to span at least 7 years. Phase 1 - Basis of Design, will last through mid-2026. The purpose of this RFQ (Request For Qualification) is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15 for the purchase of Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants.
