Site work for a mixed-use development in Sandy, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Description UDOT Utah Department of Transportation Roads and landscape material including asphalts and road and railroad construction materials and soil stabilizers and artificial turf and construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation Paving service including highway paving and road paving and infrastructure building services and parking lot and surfacing services The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide construction services to replacing guardrail with pinned precast concrete barrier; remove rolled gutter and install storm inlets and outfalls; and place rolled gutter on the WB side of the road. Project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder of the Attachment D Bid schedule. The Awarded contractor will need to submit a performance and payment bond upon reward.
