Rehabilitation of the Southeast Regional Water Treatment Plant (SERWTP) influent vault includes replacing valves and actuators in the vault, removing the vault lid panels and replacing them with a new vault roof, and landscape changes above the vault. The project also includes replacing multiple valves and actuators inside the filter gallery of SERWTP. The influent vault at the SouthEast Regional Treatment Plant is leaking through the aging roof. In addition, the valves in the vault are leaking and not creating good shutdowns. The project aims to replace the vault roof, install new valves, and make related changes to the project site. SITE OF WORK: Southeast Regional Water Treatment Plant, 11574 Wyndcastle Drive, Sandy, Utah 84092 Estimated Construction Cost $350,000 - $600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. NOTICE TO PROCEED: A Notice to Proceed, if it were issued, will be made within 60 calendar days of the Notice of Award. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work shall be completed within 300 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price payable to the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District as a guarantee that the bidder, furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price.
