UA will provide an AutoCAD file to the successful Quoter. Quoter is expected to use AutoCAD file to create a mold for the requested fiberglass huts. Upon successful testing of fiberglass huts in the field by UA, successful Quoter may be requested to create additional huts in the future, pending availability of funding, so must retain molds. The fiberglass huts must be made disassembled and have the ability to be assembled with relative ease. UA will assemble; Quoter is not responsible for this. Quoter must be able to meet ALL specifications listed below or their bid may be determined to be non-responsive and removed from consideration. In addition, there is a strict delivery date that MUST be met. Failure to meet delivery date risks an Offeror's bid being non-responsive and removed from consideration.
