Eagle River, AK Project Title & Contract Description .: Glenn Hwy & Artillery Rd Interchange Improvements Design & Surveying Services The Contractor shall provide professional services to complete a bid-ready set of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E). The project will reconstruct the Glenn Hwy and Artillery Rd interchange, including replacing the existing bridge No. 1328. Project roadways include Artillery Rd (Eagle View Dr to Eagle River Rd), Glenn Hwy on- and off-ramps, Old Glenn Hwy (Eagle River Rd to Monte Rd), VFW Rd (Missionary Baptist Church to Eagle River Rd), and Old Glenn Hwy (Artillery Rd to Fire House Ln). Additional improvements include paving, grading, drainage, lighting, roadside traffic hardware, retaining wall(s), guardrail, non-motorized improvements (curb ramps, sidewalks, shared-use pathways), channelization, highway on- and off-ramps, intersections (signalized and/or innovative), shared-use pathways, landscaping, utilities, signage, and striping.
