The purpose of this project is to provide & install water service lines & sewage holding tanks in selected residences in Galena, Alaska. Work shall be completed as stated in the Scope of Work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all work required by the project specifications and as shown on the project drawings. Question Deadline 03/17/2025 at 4:30 AM AKT Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions A Bid that exceeds $250,000 must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Solicitation Documents. A pre-bid conference is not planned for this project. Task Descriptions 1. All work for the following tasks shall be performed in accordance with the attached plan sets and specifications. 2. Price shall include all costs associated with the project-based installation requirements. 3. Plan Set /site plans may not reflect the actual quantities (depths/lengths, etc.) that will be needed to complete the project. Quantities referenced are estimates only. 4. ANTHC does not guarantee a minimum or maximum quantity for any of these items. If the actual quantities (depth or length, etc.) do not meet or exceed the contract amount, the contract will be modified to the actual amount.
