Main Street Off-Street Multipurpose Pathway (108th Avenue to 112th Avenue) Work contemplated to be per-formed under this contract is as follows: Clearing and Grubbing Remove Asphalt Pavement Remove Driveways Cement Concrete Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk, and Construct Storm Drainage Improvements Construct Gravity Block Wall Construct Cement Concrete Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk, and Curb Ramps Construct Cement Concrete Driveway Approaches and Driveways Use Path Construct Concrete Shared Install Metal Safety Railing Traffic Signal Modification Channelization and Signing Landscaping Install Irrigation System and Property Restoration and Miscellaneous Work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
