Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a 147,914-square-foot road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project proposes an eastbound and westbound bicycle facility, bioretention planters, stormwater distribution piping, new ADA ramps, modular block walls, channelization and permanent signing, driveway re-connections, and asphalt grind and overlay along SE 34th St. Additionally along 112th Ave SE the project proposes new traffic curb and gutter with adjacent planted landscape and concrete sidewalk along the west side of the street, stormwater distribution piping, new ADA ramps, modular block walls, parking bay(s) where feasible, channelization and permanent signing, driveway re-connections, and asphalt grind and overlay. Finally, the project proposes a southbound bicycle facility with adjacent curb and gutter, planted landscape and concrete sidewalk, a possible northbound bicycle facility, bioretention planters, stormwater distribution piping and water quality as needed, new ADA ramps, modular block walls, channelization and permanent signing, driveway re-connections, and asphalt grind and overlay. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. .SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBLE BIDDER CRITERIA will apply to this project, and are included in Section 1-02 of the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions. Any bidder determined to be not responsible based on these supplemental criteria may appeal the City's determination by providing additional information to the City at the address above within 2 business days following receipt of the City's written determination that the bidder was determined not responsible. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof. The successful bidder must comply with the City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements .
