Brief Scope of Services: To obtain consultant services for design and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for an interim park & ride. The purpose of this project is to implement a 180-stall interim Park & Ride on an empty lot at 130th Ave NE and NE 15th Pl. The design phase will or may include survey, geotechnical, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, illumination and ITS, landscape, paving, retaining wall design, parking lot design, signing, channelization, traffic control, and other work as required. The Consultant will also develop 30%, 60%, 90%, and bid ready plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), help with permitting, create design reports, and aid with utility coordination.
