The selected athletic contractor will be responsible for but not limited to a base bid of: Removal of the current turf system and installing a new baseball specific infield turf system. Provide all surveying and layout required. C. Remove existing infill. D. Remove existing turf surface and disposal by contractor. E. Inspect existing base planarity, drainage, nailer, and curbing. F. Add new finish stone as needed (include unit cost per ton). G. Furnish and install new baseball specific turf system including bullpen areas. H. Furnish new turf infill materials based on manufacturers recommendations. I. New installation of standard baseball inlays and markings including new homeplate and base set. J. Furnish and install new logo behind homeplate ($10,000 allowance included in base bid). K. Provide minimum 8-year 3 rd party warranty. L. Cleanup and Demobilization (Owner), , Kansas, is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for the turf replacement of Cavalier Baseball Stadium at 240 San Jose Drive, Kansas. The selected athletic contractor will be responsible for but not limited to a base bid of: Removal of the current turf system and installing a new baseball specific infield turf system.
