Turner Center sign repair and maintenance Scope of Work for Turner Center Sign Repair Summary The purpose of this solicitation is to procure services for the repair and maintenance of the Turner Center sign, which sustained structural damage due to the recent hurricane. This project will involve a thorough assessment of the existing sign structure, necessary repairs to any damaged components, and the replacement of the resigned logo and building name insert. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations while delivering high-quality workmanship that meets the standards set by DeSoto County, FL. Detailed Specifications Site Assessment Conduct a detailed assessment of the sign's structural integrity, identifying all areas requiring repair or maintenance. Provide a comprehensive evaluation report that includes before-and-after photos, descriptions of the repairs needed, and recommendations for future maintenance.
