Renovation of an educational facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of: The scope of this project will involve the installation of new portable generator connection boxes at four buildings located on the UW-Parkside campus - the Heating and Chilling Plant, Tallent Hall, Greenquist Hall, and Rita Tallent Picken Regional Center for Arts and Humanities (CART). This will be accomplished by modifying the existing emergency generator electrical infrastructure for each respective building. As requested by the agency, this project shall include miscellaneous scope to resolve observed code violations and DFD standard installation deficiencies. Estimate construction cost : $250,000 ** Bid date info : o PDF scanned file of all required bid documents, including bid and bid bond forms with original wet signatures or properly transmitted electronic signatures (only PDF files will be accepted) submitted via online (this is the preferred method) No verbal explanation or instructions will be given in regard to the meaning of the drawings or specifications during 15 the bid period. Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least 16 ten (10) days before the date set for bid opening. Prompt clarification will be supplied to all bidders of record by 17 addendum.
