Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in King, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. In General, the work consists of roof replacement on Ainsworth Hall and Marden Center. At Ainsworth 8 Hall Remove and dispose of existing ballasted EPDM membrane and select insulation systems down to the 9 structural deck. Provide 60-mil ballasted EPDM membrane and insulation systems as specified. Repair 10 existing plumbing stacks, replace thru-wall flashings between Roof Areas 3 and 4, and provide sheet metal 11 flashings as indicated.
